What has been happening with Earth Child? A new design is taking shape, some beautiful mama pads have been born over the last few days. I have been working on fine-tuning my design and am feeling pretty confident with how it is turning out. The first that leave the Earth Child haven will be heading off to Victoria as part of a secret swap on a forum I am a member on.. When the swap is complete I will post some pics - I have a few ideas in the works and can only pray the transition from my imagination to reality is a smooth one ;) Oh, if I had a dollar for every idea that I thought was fabulous and that then fell incredibly short in real life LOL. That though is where I have learnt the most. An art teacher I had once taught by a similar creed "The learning is in the doing".. It was his answer to everything.. And as frustrating as I felt he was at the time for not sharing his knowledge, now with hindsight it was really the best answer.. and a true sharing of what he knew, without putting his own opinions or judgements on all that he said.. The Learning is in the doing...

And as another wise man once said... The most certain way to succeed is to try one more time.
